The MLJ2000-600 features the longest single stage stroke in the 200 Metric Tonne Class, it stands alone for its ability to perform lifts without the need for extensions in nearly all applications. This air operated hydraulic jack powered by the proven premium quality of an SC air…/hydraulic pump features a closed height of 865mm, a maximum extended height of 1465mm, with a maximum chocked height of 1452mm. This jack offers excellent application for mining or earthmoving operators who have fleets with large rigid body dump trucks, and large loaders which features large clearances on rear bumpers. Will suit any rigid body truck from Cat 785 through to Cat 798AC’s or equivalent in any other brand as an example. The clever placement of the load chock transport rack provides counterweight to the lift cylinder, and when coupled with large 13” pneumatic wheels this jack offers market leading ease of movement for non-powered 200 Metric Tonne jacks. Box section lifting points allow for easy and safe long- distance movement, and the large base plate offers superior stability on the loosest of soils or gravels. Like the jacking cylinder itself, the load holding blocks have been designed to meet a minimum 2:1 safety factor on SWL, meaning that once in place, the jack can effectively be considered a fully compliant work stand. Fully welded 6 & 10mm steel chassis, with all critical components being fully enclosed, offers premium resistance to incidental damage. The large pneumatic wheels with sealed roller bearings, mean this jack is as easy if not easier to move than any non-powered jacks currently available on the market. Inside the jacking cylinder is a fully bronzed piston and gland bearing surfaces, along with broad lip glide ring and energisers seals that provide optimal cylinder life even if a seal kit change is overdue, or minor rod damage has occurred. With a bolt on gland, base plate, and piston, the MLJ200 Series jacks are also by far the easiest to work on in the industry, which is a crucial consideration for remotely located clients. With available accessories including a range of extension dollies from 100mm through to 600mm, along with self-levelling, and clevis load caps, plus the load holding chocks, which are supplied as standard, the MLJ200-600 will deliver market leading reliability and manoeuvrability for years to come.
